Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Made & Meant. Because many of our products are created especially for you, orders require production time before they are shipped.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days. Personalized or custom products may require additional processing time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times after production are:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, if available
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or periods of high order volume.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery location. Promotional shipping offers may be available from time to time.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Made & Meant works with print-on-demand production partners. Products in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production begins.
Made & Meant is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reproduced or reshipped.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, ask members of your household, and contact the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photographs when reporting damaged or incorrect products.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
